Recurring cleaning is less about the discount than about the drift. A home cleaned every two weeks never gets far enough gone to need an expensive visit, so the price stays flat and the visits stay short. A home cleaned twice a year needs a deep clean both times.

How much do I save with recurring cleaning?

15% on every weekly visit, 10% every two weeks, and 5% monthly. The discount starts on the first visit rather than after a qualifying period, and it applies to the whole visit price including add-ons. The table on this page shows what that works out to by home size.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. There is no contract, no minimum number of visits and no cancellation fee. You can skip a single visit, pause for a month, change frequency, or stop entirely. The only thing we ask is as much notice as you can give so the crew’s day can be filled.

Will I get the same cleaners every time?

That is the plan and it is why we employ our cleaners rather than subcontracting. Holidays, illness and schedule changes happen, so it is not an absolute promise — but a substitute arrives with your home’s notes rather than starting from scratch.

Should my first visit be a deep clean?

Usually yes, unless the home has been professionally cleaned in the last couple of months. One deep clean up front means every recurring visit after it is genuine maintenance, which is faster and cheaper than three standard visits spent catching up.

What if I need to reschedule a visit?

Move it in the booking confirmation or call us. There is no fee. Same-day changes are harder because the crew is already routed, so earlier is always better, but we would rather move a visit than clean a home when it does not suit you.
