The two decisions that shape everything else

Most house cleaning in California is sold by companies that do not employ the people who turn up. The cleaner is a contractor, sourced through an app or a franchise, and the company in the middle takes a cut for making the introduction. It is a cheaper business to run, and it is why so many quotes are cheap.

We employ our cleaners as W-2 staff. That means payroll tax, workers’ compensation — janitorial is an expensive class — and unemployment insurance on every hour worked. It costs more. It also means we dispatch our own people, run a background check that actually attaches to an employment relationship, and deal with a problem ourselves instead of pointing at a contractor when something breaks.

The second decision is the price. We publish it. Every city page on this site shows the hours we plan and the hourly rate, and the quote form gives you a figure before anyone comes to your door. No walkthrough, no phone call where the number depends on how the conversation goes.

What that means for you

• The person cleaning your home is our employee, background-checked before the first visit. Most have been with us for years.
• We employ them and dispatch them ourselves — not whoever an app assigned this week.
• You pay for the time it takes: the hours we plan at the hourly rate, both shown before you book.
• Supplies and equipment are in the price. There is nothing to top up.
• Every clean comes with before-and-after photos of each room.
• If a visit is not right, tell us and we come back and put it right. You do not pay twice.
• You pay after the clean, in the app or online — Apple Pay, Google Pay or any card. Nothing is charged before the clean is done.
• No contract. Move a visit in the app, change frequency, or stop entirely, whenever you like.

What we do not do

We clean homes. Houses, condos, townhomes, apartments and vacation rentals — a regular clean, a deeper one, or an empty home being handed over, all at the same hourly rate. We are not a janitorial company and we do not clean offices, retail or medical space. If that is what you need, we are the wrong call and we will say so rather than take the job and learn on your floor.

We also do not do anything that needs a licensed trade or specialist equipment: mold remediation, biohazards, pest work, carpet shampooing, pressure washing, or anything above safe ladder reach. Those are real specialties and pretending otherwise is how homes get damaged.

Where we work

We serve all of California. The cities with a page of their own run across Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, San Jose, the East Bay, the North Bay and the coast; a ZIP that is not on the list yet is still booked, and the office confirms your date with you.

The price is the same everywhere: the hours the clean takes at one statewide hourly rate. No ZIP-code surcharge, no regional price list.
