Yes. Those tracts need dry methods on the radiant slab, careful handling of exposed beams and paneling, and a great deal of glass work — an Eichler has more window per square foot than almost anything else in the city. Atriums count as interior space in our quote, because they are cleaned like a room rather than swept like a yard.
Yes, and it is a common request here. We can run a whole visit on unscented, plant-derived cleaners, or use your own products instead. Flag it in the booking notes; the crew brings a separate kit rather than swapping bottles at the door, so nothing carries over from the previous house.
We do, and it is priced as additional rooms rather than a second job, which usually costs less. Include the studio bedroom and bathroom count in the form so the time is allocated properly. If it is rented separately and you want it on a different cycle from the main house, that can be set up too.
