Do I need to be home during the clean?
Nope. Plenty of our clients are at work while we clean. Let us know how to get in — lockbox, code, or a key hand-off — and we’ll take it from there.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Always. Our team arrives with all cleaning products and equipment included in your price. If you’d prefer we use your products instead, just say the word.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Every one of them. Our cleaners are W-2 employees on our payroll — not contractors — and each is background-checked before their first visit.
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
Tell us and we’ll come back and put it right. You don’t pay twice, and there are no forms to fill in.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Move any upcoming clean yourself in the app, or give us a heads-up as early as you can and we’ll move your visit to a time that works better.
Is the quoted price the final price?
You pay for the time it takes: the hours we plan for your home at our hourly rate, and you see both before you book. No surprise line items when we arrive.
How do I pay?
After the clean, in the app or online — Apple Pay, Google Pay or any card. Nothing is charged before the clean is done.
