Irvine is the easiest city we quote and one of the more demanding ones to clean well. The villages were built to a plan, so a three-bedroom in Woodbridge has close to the same footprint as a three-bedroom in Westpark, and we can tell you the price before anyone sees the house. What varies is how hard the household runs it. These are largely dual-income families with school-age kids, and the kitchen is the room doing all of the work.
The stock is also young. Outside University Park and the original Woodbridge tracts, most of what we clean here went up after 1995, and the Portola Springs and Great Park homes are barely a decade old. That means maintenance cleaning rather than restoration: quartz counters, vinyl plank, tall stair rails and a lot of frameless shower glass that shows every water spot.
