A deep clean is what you book when the home is basically fine but the details have quietly gotten away from you: grout that is a shade darker than it was, a vent cover with a felt of dust on it, the top of the fridge, the bit of baseboard behind the door. How much does a deep clean cost?

It is priced from your actual room count, not a flat menu rate. A 2 bed / 2 bath home runs in the mid-$300s and a typical 3 bed / 2 bath is in the low $400s. The table on this page shows real numbers by home size, and the form gives you your exact flat price in about a minute.

How long does a deep clean take?

Roughly 1.5 times a standard clean. A two-person crew is on site about 2.75 hours for a typical 3 bed / 2 bath home and around 3.25 hours for a larger four-bedroom. Deep cleans on bigger homes are not offered in the 6:30 PM slot, because we will not rush the visit to get out by nine.

Is a deep clean worth it, or should I just book standard?

If the home has been cleaned in the last couple of months, standard is genuinely enough and we will tell you so. If it has been longer, a deep clean first costs less over a year than repeatedly paying for standard visits that never quite catch up.

Do you move furniture during a deep clean?

We clean behind and under anything two people can safely move and put back — nightstands, chairs, light tables. We do not move beds, wardrobes, pianos, or anything on an uneven floor, because the risk to your home and to the crew is not worth the square foot underneath.
