What varies is what people have done since. Sixty-odd years of remodels means one house still has its original single-pane windows and terrazzo entry while its mirror image across the street has been taken back to the studs, with wide-plank floors and a bathroom four times its original size. Lots are large and heavily planted, and mature trees around Rush Park and Rossmoor Park shed onto everything below them.
Almost everything is one story, originally 1,300 to 2,200 square feet, built low and wide on a slab with an attached garage facing the street. Additions have pushed many well past 2,500. Expect long hallways, sliding glass to a rear patio, and either tile and wood throughout or carpeted bedrooms depending on when the house was last touched. Coastal air a few miles inland keeps humidity up overnight, and there is almost no HOA machinery to work around anywhere in the tract.
