The fastest way to a price
Use the quote form on any page. It asks about your home, looks up the property, and gives you your price and a bookable time slot in about a minute. Nothing is charged before the clean is done, and nobody calls you afterwards unless you ask.

Changing or cancelling a visit
Move an upcoming clean yourself in the app, or call us. The earlier the better — the crew’s day is routed the day before. There is no contract, so a recurring plan can be changed or stopped whenever you like.

Common questions
Do I have to call to get a price?
No. The quote form on every page gives you a your price in about a minute without a phone call, a walkthrough or an account. Calling gets you the same number from the same engine, so use whichever you prefer.
What are your hours?
We answer the phone seven days a week from 08:00 to 21:30. Cleaning visits are booked in three slots a day and can be scheduled up to 14 days ahead, including weekends.
How quickly can you come out?
Availability depends on your area and the size of the job, and the booking step shows you real open slots rather than a promise. Same-week bookings are usually possible; a specific morning next Saturday may not be.
