High-heat cooking and daily use put grease on hood filters, tile grout and the wall behind the range faster than in a comparable house elsewhere. Degreasing the cooking zone belongs to the standard visit, not to an extra we add on later.
The two-story rebuilds nearly all have a tall window over the front door that nobody reaches from a step stool. Crews carry extension poles for interior glass at that height; anything needing a ladder above twelve feet is outside a normal visit.

Yes, by default. Crews wear clean indoor footwear or shoe covers and change them between homes. If you would rather they stay in socks, say so at booking. In houses with honed stone or unfinished wood we ask what you prefer rather than assume, since some finishes mark from bare feet as readily as from soles.
Easily, and it is worth flagging which rooms are occupied when you book. The crew will sequence the house so an occupied office is done first or last, keep the vacuum out of that zone during calls, and skip a room entirely if you ask. It changes the route through the house, not the price.
Yes, and one-time bookings ahead of a holiday are a large part of the calendar here. Diwali and Lunar New Year weeks fill early, so allow two or three weeks. If the kitchen also needs deep-cleaning before heavy cooking begins, choose the deep clean option rather than the standard visit.
