The Old Quad is the part visitors notice: 1890s Queen Annes and Craftsman cottages on Fremont and Market, many of them cut into flats for students. Cleaning one is slower per square foot than anything else in the city, and June and September bring a wave of move-out work as leases turn over.

Yes. Pre-1920 houses need a different approach: no wet mopping on unsealed original floors, gentler product on painted woodwork, and time built in for the baseboards and window casings that a tract house simply does not have. Tell us the house is a period property when you book and the visit is scheduled with those extra minutes in it.
That is a standard job in the north of the city. The quote goes on bedrooms and bathrooms, not floors, but the crew plans the route so the vacuum only goes up the stairs once. Interior garage steps, landings and the stair runner are included; the garage itself is not part of the base clean.
Usually, though the streets near the university are tight and some blocks have permit restrictions during the academic year. If your house has a driveway we would rather use it. If it does not, mention that in the booking notes and the crew allows for a longer walk with the equipment.
