Yes, and they are the majority of what we do here. One and two bedroom units in 1950s and 1960s buildings price at the low end of our range, and the visit concentrates on the kitchen, the single bathroom and the slider. If there is an on-site manager who wants notice, tell us and we will give it.
It can slow it down considerably. Salt film on west-facing glass and metal is constant in this neighborhood, and left in place it etches glass and pits window hardware. Taking it off on a regular schedule is far more effective than an occasional heavy clean. What we cannot undo is corrosion already started under paint or inside a track.
Yes. Changeover cleans are a normal booking, especially through summer. They work better as a repeating slot at a fixed hour than as a same-day call, since the crew has to be certain of the gap between checkout and the next arrival. Give us the changeover time and the schedule gets built around it.
