Glass shower doors are near universal and pick up hard-water scale fast on this side of the valley. A handful of newer courts sit under an association with shared drives and visitor-parking rules. Inside, the single-level homes and duplexes go quickly, and pricing follows the same bedroom and bathroom count used anywhere else.
To the top of the residential streets. Ruby Avenue, White Road and the courts above them are all on the regular rotation and a hillside address carries no surcharge. What changes is the slot — higher streets get booked earlier in the day so the visit is not sitting in afternoon traffic on Aborn Road.
Sometimes, though not for the reason people expect. Modern surfaces let go of dirt faster, so a 2003 bathroom takes less time than a 1935 one of the same size. But houses out here are bigger, so the total usually lands higher anyway. The quote follows rooms, and rooms are what you have more of.
