Newer buildings route vendors through a gated bay and a service elevator, and the fob often only calls your own floor. Leaving one with the desk, or lending one for the visit, removes the only real delay in these buildings.

Yes. Lofts are quoted on levels and reachable glass rather than bedroom count, because a mezzanine and a two-story window wall are where the work actually is. Interior glass up to safe pole height is included; anything needing a tall ladder or a lift is priced separately once we have seen photographs of the space.
With a neutral-pH cleaner and a well-wrung flat mop, never anything acidic or strongly alkaline. Sealed concrete looks indestructible but the sealer is not, and vinegar or a heavy degreaser will haze it permanently. Grit is the other risk, so the floor is vacuumed thoroughly before any water goes down.
