Can an in-law unit be cleaned separately from the main flat?
Yes, though booking them together is usually cheaper. Each is quoted on its own rooms and then scheduled back to back so one crew handles both in a single trip. Where the in-law is tenanted we take separate access instructions for it and never enter one unit on the strength of the other.
What is the right approach to original redwood and unsealed grout?
