Seal Beach, from a cleaner's point of view
Seal Beach is really three towns that share a ZIP code. Old Town is the walkable grid behind Main Street and the pier, small pre-war and mid-century cottages on narrow lots, many of them added onto and a handful licensed as vacation rentals under city permit. Up the slope, The Hill is early-sixties ranch homes on 5,000 to 7,000 square foot lots, and Bridgeport fills in the blocks between the highway and the water.
Then the Naval Weapons Station splits the map, and the rest of Seal Beach sits on the far side of it. College Park East is late-sixties tract housing next to the 405, and Leisure World is a gated 55-plus community of roughly 6,600 single-story co-op and condo units organized into separate mutual associations. Those are different cleaning jobs, and we schedule the two halves of the city as separate runs rather than crossing back and forth.
What Seal Beach homes are like to clean
Old Town runs small: 900 to 1,600 square foot cottages, wood floors, a lot of stairs added in remodels, and sand in every entry. The Hill and College Park East are conventional 1,400 to 2,000 square foot ranch homes on flat lots. Leisure World is the outlier, single-story units from about 550 to 1,540 square feet with walk-in showers and patio sliders, where the whole visit happens on one level and access runs through a staffed gate.

Yes, and it is a good fit for recurring service. Most units are one or two bedrooms on a single level, which makes for a shorter, predictable visit on the same day each week or every other week. Gate clearance is the only setup step. Once we are on your mutual list, the schedule keeps itself.
Do you serve Surfside Colony?
Yes. Surfside sits inside Seal Beach city limits behind a guard gate, with its three rows of houses on the sand and its own 90743 mail. Let the gate know we are coming and the visit runs like any other. Expect sand and salt to be the standing items in an oceanfront row house.
Is College Park East on the same schedule as Old Town?
Not always. The Naval Weapons Station and the 405 separate the inland neighborhoods from the beach side, so we run them as different legs of the day. College Park East, College Park West and Leisure World usually share a slot block, and Old Town, Bridgeport and The Hill share another. Both get the same honest pricing.
