Yes, and apartments are a large share of what we do here. The price comes off bedrooms and bathrooms, so a one-bedroom unit is the least expensive visit on the list. If your building has a vendor-paperwork requirement for vendors or a specific service entrance, pass that on when booking and it is handled ahead of time.
Everything the recurring service leaves out because furniture is in the way: inside all cabinets and drawers, the oven and the refrigerator, closet floors and shelves, window tracks, switch plates and baseboards. We work to the condition a landlord’s inspection is looking for, which is more thorough than a weekly clean and takes longer.
Post-construction cleaning is a separate job from routine cleaning, and it is worth saying so at the booking stage. Fine drywall dust settles into everything and needs several passes plus filter changes. If only part of the house is under work, we can clean the finished rooms on a regular schedule and treat the rest once the trades are out.
