Yes. Count their bedrooms and bathrooms in the booking and they are priced as part of the same visit. Detached buildings that have been shut up for a while may need a deep clean first — cobwebs, dust on high beams, window tracks that have not opened in months — and we will say so rather than absorb it into a standard visit.
That is common here, and a caretaker schedule suits it better than a weekly clean. A monthly or six-weekly visit keeps dust, cobwebs and spider activity down, checks that nothing has gone damp, and readies the house before you arrive. Give us your arrival date and the last visit is timed to it.
