Yes, and it is priced as exactly what it is. A one-bed, one-bath home sits at the bottom of the range and takes a single cleaner a couple of hours. Small does not always mean fast, though — an old kitchen with open shelving and a lot of exposed surface takes as long as a bigger modern one.
We do. Infill built since 2005 usually puts the garage at ground level, living space in the middle and bedrooms at the top, which means two flights every time something is fetched. Crews stage equipment on the middle floor. Pricing is by the time it takes, and a roof terrace is not charged as a room.
Sunday visits are available, though the streets by Jackson are busier that morning. If your address is within a block or two of the market, an afternoon slot is easier on everyone and the crew is not circling for space. Any other day of the week avoids the question entirely.
